This is not a full roll and will be cut to the measurement and folded carefully for shipping.

It is an easy to use cold - water soluble film/stabiliser. Pull away any excess stabiliser when your design is finished and any further pieces can be quickly removed using a simple water spray.

This topping can be used on materials such as:

Towelling, Fleeces Beanie Hats etc and is used to prevent the loop or pile showing up through the embroidery.
