Sizes work in chest sizes as follows:

XS - 34”
S - 36”
M - 40”
L - 44”
XL - 48”
2XL - 52”

Ladies based on information from customers and personal experience the general rule of thumb for sizing is

XS 6-8
S 10-12
M 14-16
L 18
XL 20-22
2XL 24-26

All orders are sent free of a charge via a 48hr service but you can upgrade this to 24hr at checkout.
