You can inform us of the thread colour(s) that you wish the item to be embroidered in, in the personalisation box.

Ideally your drawing must be on plain paper and in pen in order to obtain the best results and there should be no shadows on the photo.

If there are any issues with the image(s) sent to us we will always come back to you.

As this is a fully customised item there will be no refunds or returns on the same.

We will send your item(s) free of charge on a 48hr service however you can upgrade this to 24hr at checkout.
